We exist to create a calm, creative salon where people and ideas grow. A clean space built on integrity, inclusivity, and appreciation. Where beauty feels intentional, connection feels natural, and everyone leaves a little lighter.
Based on a lifetime of bullying and creative stifling we aim to create something different. A salon that allows you to be who you are on any given day, change through the seasons of your life, and be as creative as you want in the process. All while crafting a safe and supportive space that allows you to grow into the beauty professional you want to be. Allowing you the freedom to live your life how you want, not just live to work.
Our Culture
Intentional Beauty is designed to change and grow based on who's in the salon and what needs they may have at the time. Our 12-week training program is available for both employees and booth renters alike. We offer flexible scheduling, uncapped commissions, unlimited time off, guaranteed clientele growth, access to networking events, and no less than 4 educational opportunities each year.
