What We Offer
Intentional Beauty is designed to change and grow based on who's in the salon and what needs they may have at the time. Our 12-week training program is available for both employees and booth renters alike. We offer flexible scheduling, uncapped commissions, unlimited time off, guaranteed clientele growth, access to networking events, and no less than 4 educational opportunities each year.

What's it really like?
We take great pride in being flexible to your available working schedule. You can work as little as one day a week or up to 5 days a week as an employee. There are no restrictions as to which days of the week or time of day that you have to work, like "only nights and weekends". You really can choose your schedule and grow your beauty career in a way that works for you. We do not offer shifts that end after 10pm or start before 5am.
