We greatly value your time at Intentional Beauty. However, please be aware that you are patronizing this business at your own risk. Should you, or someone else who accompanies you, injure themselves, or damage any property at any time for any reason, it will be your resposibility to care for your injuries or pay for any damages incurred. Intentional Beauty is not responsible for any of your belongings or your vehicle before, during, or after your salon visit. Please be aware of your things and do your best to not leave anything behind.  While the area we're located in is relatively crime free, we recomend locking your vehicle just in case. 

 

While we do everything in our power to ensure you leave happily and with the hair of your dreams, it doesn't always work out that way. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the services you received, please reach out to the stylist who performed those services. Each stylist at Intentional Beauty is independant and the salon at large is not responsible for the quality of their work, or your happiness with it. If you are receiving chemical services of any kind please wear clothes you don't care about. While our stylists do try their best to ensure they don't damage the articles you bring with you, spills and messes can happen. We also have smocks available for you to wear during your services if you don't want to risk it.

The salon is a relatively small space. Please do not bring anyone not receiving services to your salon visit without the consent of your stylist, unless absolutely necessary. Our Idaho state board rules and regulations require that only service animals are allowed in that salon at any time. Please ensure your service animals are wearing their service vets, and leave your pets at home.

 

If you are late to your appointment your stylists may not be able to perform your booked services that day. Please arrive on time to your salon visits so as to not effect every other booked guest, or the stylist's personal time. Should you no-show for an appointment you may or may not be considered as a walk-in guest for future services. Be advised that some of our stylists do require a deposit to book an appointment, or more than 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

Intentional Beauty is an inclusive salon. We will not stand for bullying or harassment of any kind at any time for any reason. Please keep your conversations about sex, religion, or politics to a hushed minimum. Stealing, or borrowing without permission, at the salon will not be tollerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

 

If you are found in violation of our terms of service you may be asked to leave the salon and not allowed to book future services.
